Job summary

ALDI, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores and drive sales growth, customer service, and employee development.

This role covers a district including Jacksonville and nearby markets, with relocation possible. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and progressive salary increases through years 2–4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store management teams to drive sales and high performance.
