Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Dwight Division serving Peoria, IL. The 44-week training prepares you to oversee multiple stores and work closely with store managers to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and salary increases planned to reach $110,000 in year 2, $120,000 in year 3, and $130,000 in year 4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and expectations to store management to ensure results; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads and supervises the store manager team to drive sales, engagement, and high performance.
• Supports store management in fostering a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results with company resources.
• Oversees staffing and staffing decisions within the district to ensure adequate coverage.
