Job summary

DMG is seeking a District Manager to lead a geographic district within our Field organization, coordinating with Regional Manager and National Accounts to grow and maintain key accounts, source and vet provider/technician bases, and drive contract inspections.

The role requires on-site activity (90%), strong organizational skills, CRM and MS Office familiarity, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to meet KPIs and revenue targets while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software and mobile devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district with Regional Manager and National Accounts teams.
• Conduct site inspections and property audits to support maintenance contracts and identify added services.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician networks to ensure quality service delivery.
