Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries in Waco, TX seeks a District Manager to oversee a network of retail stores, drive sales, manage budgets, and lead store teams to achieve goals.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will establish annual store budgets, supervise managers, monitor performance, ensure compliance with policy, and foster a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or management or 3 year’s management experience with 10+ employees.
• Multi-location management strongly preferred.
• All individuals must pass a drug screen, background and driving checks; may include credit check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a district of retail stores and sales to meet goals.
• Direct Retail Operations within the established budget.
• Establish annual budgets for stores supervised and monitor performance.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, promotes, and terminates staff supervised.
• Lead and coordinate other operational units (New Goods, eCommerce, etc.).
• Ensure payroll procedures and compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain inventory controls and store-level reporting.
