Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Retail Regional Director in Austin, TX to lead a multi-store operation. The role focuses on translating strategy into regional actions, driving revenue, and ensuring adherence to company policies and donor-driven goals.

The position requires hands-on leadership, coaching of General Managers, and accountability for regional performance, budgeting, and store merchandising. A strong track record in multi-unit retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ multi-unit retail management experience with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to stores 3-5 days a week.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and POS systems.
• Experience developing top performers and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize donations processing and maximize sales.
• Deliver key performance indicators across stores: customer service, production, store sales, and ecommerce.
• Coach and develop store leaders through mentoring and leadership development programs.
• Drive employee morale through rewards and recognition and ensure store operations meet budget and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on annual budgeting and strategic planning.
