The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with a background in retail or restaurant management. A college degree is preferred, alongside a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 10 years retail experience, restaurant management experience.
• Successful completion of the DMIT Program.
• 1-3 years multi-unit experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure compliance.
