You will guide Store Managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive operational excellence, and promote a high-engagement work environment aligned with company values. Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Preferred: College degree in business or related field.
• Minimum experience: 10 years retail experience and restaurant general management.
• Preferred: 1–3 years multi-unit experience in c-store or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide Store Managers to deliver exceptional guest shopping experience and operational excellence.
• Develop staffing plans and manage performance across a wide network of locations.
• Lead and coach teams with clear goals and accountability.
• Analyze financials, sales, expenses and inventory to drive profitability.
