Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations across a broad geography. The role reports to the VP of OPS and emphasizes opening new sites, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams while achieving strong financial results.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or grocery retail, with a proven track record of meeting operational and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience; QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus; large geography and remote support preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Travel as needed to various operation zones on day trips and overnight up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers and teams; hire, train, and mentor; foster accountability and high performance.
• Ensure brand standards, construction process, health and safety compliance; drive process improvements.
• Manage labor and food costs; drive sales growth through local marketing and promotions; oversee cash handling.
• Implement new product rollouts and promotional campaigns; analyze performance data; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
