Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations, open new sites, and drive operational excellence across the network. You will mentor Store Managers, enforce brand standards, manage labor and food costs, and implement strategic initiatives to grow sales.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 70%), a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience or equivalent in QSR/Grocery Retail.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple QSR locations with operational excellence and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams; develop succession plans.
• Ensure brand standards, health & safety regulations; drive continuous process improvement.
• Drive sales through local marketing and promotional initiatives and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics.
