Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead account management and service delivery across assigned districts. You will work with the National Field Team and National Account Management Teams to maintain, grow, and optimize maintenance contracts with corporate customers.

The role involves regular customer visits, site inspections, and managing a network of providers and technicians to meet revenue goals while upholding high quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred and/or HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic, creative thinking with engaging personality.
• Extensive on-site activity (90%), travel for opportunities and peak workloads.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Manager and National Accounts to establish and maintain district accounts.
• Conduct site inspections and property audits to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Build relationships with customers, providers and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs including weekly scheduled visits and revenue targets.
