Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead a regional portfolio, partnering with National Field and Account teams to grow revenue and ensure service excellence. You will source and manage provider and technician networks, perform site inspections, and drive opportunities for additional business while maintaining budgets within a district.

You will coordinate with the Regional Manager to win new business, meet revenue goals, and deliver high-quality maintenance contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor degree preferred or relatable experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
• Able to drive and maintain a valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts within a district in coordination with Regional and National teams.
• Perform regular site visits and property audits to identify upsell opportunities.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician networks; ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Meet KPIs including weekly scheduled visits and revenue growth targets.
• Manage district travel and expenses within budget; support insurance claim investigations when needed.
• Lead RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to achieve financial goals.
• Foster relationships with customers, providers, and technicians; coordinate cross-functional activities.
