Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead a district, manage accounts, source and vet provider and technician bases, and perform site inspections to support maintenance contracts. You will work with the Regional Manager and National Account teams to grow business and ensure service quality across assigned accounts.

You will spend about 90% of your time on-site, conducting visits, audits, and field operations, while coordinating travel and budgetary responsibilities to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM software and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional Manager and National Accounts teams.
• Perform regular site visits and property audits to support maintenance contracts and identify add-on services.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests with urgency.
• Manage KPIs and weekly visitation goals while driving incremental revenue.
