Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a District Manager to direct operations and strategic growth across Los Angeles and Orange County branch locations. The role involves staff development, inventory management, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance to maximize profitability and customer service excellence.

The position requires leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in Landscape/Irrigation.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/customer service track record with meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to oversee multiple branch operations.
• Proficient time management to meet stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations to achieve profitability, asset management, and ROI through growth and efficiency strategies.
• Drive safety culture by conducting location visits and ensuring DOT, OSHA, and Hazmat compliance.
• Develop and mentor team members through continuous training and clear growth paths.
• Maximize district profitability by maintaining sales margins, customer service, and inventory control.
