Job summary

Irvine Company Office Properties seeks a Landscape Manager to lead day-to-day operations for multiple properties in Orange County. You will supervise contractors, manage budgets and reports, and partner with Design and Development teams to deliver landscape projects.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication and planning skills, willing to travel regionally and maintain top-tier outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years’ experience in landscape management in a commercial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Experience in managing contractor and vendor relationships.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, forecasting and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Google, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance contractors/vendors at each property.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet department goals.
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets and contracts.
• Develop strategies to achieve financial results.
• Coordinate with Design, Reinvestment and Development teams on projects.
• Travel locally regionally as needed for site oversight.
