Job summary

Cultivar Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Los Angeles landscaping operations. You will oversee all aspects of a $4-8M maintenance branch, driving safety, people management, client satisfaction, sales, and financial performance.

You will lead a team of sales, operations, and administrative staff, foster a positive culture, and coordinate client engagements to grow the portfolio while ensuring high-quality standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience in landscaping or related services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of landscaping principles, materials, and practices.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite products.
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
• Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safety - Create a Zero-Harm Work Environment and ensure PPE use through inspections.
• Lead and mentor sales, operations, and administrative staff.
• Manage client relationships and upsell opportunities with regular meetings.
• Develop and execute Annual Strategic Growth Plan with Business Developers.
• Oversee branch operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and profitability with proactive risk management.
• Prepare branch performance reports and communicate with senior management.
