Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn operations and prepare a presentation and report for ALDI executives.
• Learn and apply the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid during customer walks and store tours.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices, interviews and orientations.
• Participate in inventory, store resets and potential grand openings.
• Contribute to creating excellent store conditions and improving stock efficiency.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism with attendance and meeting objectives.
