ALDI offers a District Manager Internship providing real-world experience across multiple stores in the Minnesota region and beyond. You will work 40 hours per week for a 10-week summer program at $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation, with exposure to keeping stores operating smoothly and learning leadership under district managers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn operations and leadership fundamentals.
• Prepare presentations and reports for ALDI executives.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales books, memo verification, invoices, and hiring including interviews and orientations.
• Assist with inventory and participate in store resets and grand openings if possible.
• Develop store conditions and improve stock efficiency.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and meet objectives on time.
