Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager for Washington, D.C. West to lead field operations and manage key accounts. You will coordinate with the National Field Team and National Account Management to drive growth and ensure service excellence.

You will source and vet providers and technicians, perform site audits, and expand opportunities within the district. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts within an assigned district and coordinate with Regional Manager and National Account Management Teams.
• Perform site inspections and property audits to support maintenance contracts and identify additional service opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Meet KPIs, including weekly visits and revenue targets, while managing district and travel expenses.
