Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead field operations within a defined district, partnering with regional and national account teams to retain and increase business. You will source and manage provider networks, conduct site audits, and pursue additional service opportunities while keeping costs under control.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, strategic relationship building with customers and suppliers, and budget awareness across maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software and comfort with smart devices (iPad/iPhone) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district with Regions and National Accounts teams.
• Visit corporate customers regularly to support maintenance contracts and perform site audits for upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and weekly visits targets; contribute to revenue growth.
