Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in the United States seeks a District Manager to lead maintenance contracts, manage accounts, and grow revenue in assigned districts. You will coordinate with regional and national teams, oversee provider and technician networks, and drive KPI success while maintaining high service quality.

In this role you will conduct site audits, source and vet service providers, and ensure cost-effective delivery across districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and independence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district with regional and national teams.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and revenue targets through planned visits and activities.
• Provide market insights to support DMG’s strategy.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district travel and expenses within budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
