Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a District Manager for the Advanced Wound Management team. You will lead a team of account managers selling the biologic portfolio in acute and nursing home settings, ensuring territory coverage and driving performance.

You will coach team members on sales skills, provide mentorship, and collaborate with AVP on leadership development opportunities while addressing performance gaps and optimizing territory management. Regular weekly travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years medical sales experience; 3+ years in sales managerial roles.
• Proven ability to present concepts to customers in varying settings.
• Experience as a sales trainer preferred.
• Strong pipeline, territory and analytics skills.
