Over 44 weeks of intensive training, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple stores, working with store managers to ensure customer service, support a positive team environment, and drive sales growth.

Starting salary is $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases to $120,000, $130,000, and $140,000 in coming years.
