Over a 44-week training period you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager, working with store managers to ensure customer service, drive operational excellence, and sales growth.

• Monitors performance and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensures policy compliance and safe, compliant operations district-wide.
• Plans district weekly operations calls and monthly one-on-one meetings.
