Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and eventually lead district operations in Southern California and Phoenix area, including Moreno Valley.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and salary increases to $120,000, $130,000, and $140,000 over the next years as you advance through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport, communicate effectively with store management and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop store management to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Lead and supervise the district’s store managers to ensure high performance and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the store manager to recruit, staff, and schedule personnel across locations.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
