ALDI USA is seeking ambitious individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store management teams.

This full-time role covers the Moreno Valley division serving the San Diego metro area, with a starting salary of $105,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus, plus scheduled increases to $120k, $130k, and $140k in subsequent years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading store teams and driving results.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute staffing, training, and staffing plans to ensure district coverage.
