ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Virginia. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple ALDI stores, leading store managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales growth.

The program emphasizes responsibility, teamwork, and rapid professional advancement. The starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, and salary increases planned to $110,000 in Year 2, $120,000 in Year 3,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage store operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
