Starbucks is seeking a District Manager to guide a multi-store portfolio, shaping strategies that drive growth and consistent customer experiences across locations. You will lead Store Managers, coaching them to perform as leaders and business owners within their markets.

You will recruit, develop and retain top talent, align operations with company policies, and prioritize community engagement while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores or units with P&L, inventory, and operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading 6+ people, with coaching and clear communication.
• 3+ years in a customer-service oriented role.
• Experience in multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree in business or 4+ years US military service may substitute.
