Starbucks Corp. is seeking a District Manager to develop Store Managers, drive exceptional customer experiences, and oversee growth across Starbucks stores.

You will direct a multi-unit portfolio by planning strategies and ensuring consistent execution, acting as a leader of leaders who understand markets, communities and customers. You will create high-performing teams through coaching and training, manage store operations, staffing, and financial performance, and partner with leaders to uphold

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience managing 2+ stores, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6+ with training and coaching.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree in business or related field or 4+ years US Military service may substitute for part of the required experience.
