Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a District Manager to develop extraordinary Store Managers and create exceptional customer experiences across multiple Starbucks stores. You will direct a multi-unit portfolio by planning strategies and ensuring consistent implementation, acting as a leader of leaders leveraging knowledge of markets and communities.

You will also mentor a diverse team, manage staffing, and address a variety of store-level challenges to drive growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores, departments, or units, P&L, inventory and operations.
• 5+ years of management leading 6+ people, with coaching and strong communication.
• 3+ years in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in multi-unit environments with knowledge of retail operations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level strategies to meet store financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Lead and coach Store Managers as leaders, retail operators and business owners.
• Oversee staffing, store operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
