Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-store portfolio, shaping store performance, customer experiences and community impact across Milwaukee-area locations.

You will develop Store Managers, drive financial and operational results, and implement company policies while mentoring leaders in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The role requires strategic planning and travel between stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores or units.
• 5+ years of management leading 6+ people with coaching skills.
• 3+ years in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in multi-unit operations and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• HS diploma; college degree or 4+ years military service may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level strategies to meet store financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Lead a team of Store Managers as leaders, operators and business owners.
• Provide expertise on customer issues, staffing, operations and policies.
