Job summary

Starbucks in Houston is seeking a District Manager to develop Store Managers, drive exceptional customer experiences, and impact growth across a portfolio of Starbucks stores. You will plan district strategies and ensure consistent implementation while leading a team of leaders who know their markets and customers.

You will coach and empower Store Managers, address customer issues, and align staffing, operations, and policies with company standards to achieve financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience across 2+ stores, departments or units with P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6+ people, including training and coaching.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of successful Starbucks stores by developing district-level strategies to meet financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Lead a team of Store Managers by coaching, mentoring and empowering them to act as business owners.
• Provide expertise on customer issues, staffing, store operations and policy compliance.
