ALDI USA is seeking motivated candidates for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Florida. The 44-week training program prepares you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and work closely with store managers to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and build a positive team culture.

The District covers Boca Raton, FL & Ft. Lauderdale, FL with opportunities for rapid advancement as you complete the program and assume district responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to lead store management teams and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and service.
• Recruit, select, promote, and staff district locations.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Plan meetings and district operations calls.
• Maintain safe working environment and cost controls.
