Responsibilities

• Lead district office teams to engage families for success and ensure financial and family support.
• Interpret policies and apply sound judgment on complex program and compliance issues affecting case management.
• Establish and maintain procedures for Establishment/Paternity, Court, Enforcement, Review & Adjustments, Interstate, Family Engagement, Operations, and Fiscal accounts.
• Promote team performance through training, guidance, and process improvements.
• Provide direct support to the Division of Child Support Enforcement.
