Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Key Account Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to act as the single point of contact for key customers within the district. You will coordinate branch activities, manage reservations and opportunities, and provide timely responses to inquiries.

You will schedule equipment deliveries and pickups, and help maximize revenue through superior service. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and solid experience with MS Office; familiarity with SFDC and Service Cloud is a plus.
