Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Human Resources Manager (DHRM) to partner with district leadership across 6–13 stores, shaping talent readiness, associate engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. • 30% Talent readiness and leadership development – drive talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce readiness across the district.
• 40% Associate relations & workplace culture – lead HR town halls, address relations issues, investigations, and engagement.
• 15% Change leadership – support store openings/closings and organizational realignments with HR insights.
• 15% Learning & performance enablement – leverage HR tools to identify skill gaps and drive development plans.
