Qualifikationen

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology preferred.
• If no degree at least 3 years of progressive HR Generalist Experience required.
• Knowledge of HR laws and Home Depot SOPs and Benefit Policies is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations and engagement in the DC.
• Partner with DC Management for staffing, recruiting, reporting and system requirements.
• Maintain direct employer/associate relationship, educate on policies, and resolve issues.
• Develop and deliver knowledge management and learning programs for hourly associates in the DC.
• Collaborate with RHRM on leadership development, succession planning and HR Review.
