Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an HR Manager (HRM) to serve as a field-adjacent HR business partner for three verticals within Store Operations. You will partner with leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, organizational health, talent outcomes, and associate engagement while aligning with business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• HR generalist or related experience (3-5 years).
• Management experience (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation to field-facing client groups and leaders.
• Recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions, screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Offer coaching and support for managers, and help implement development plans.
• Lead HR initiatives, training, and orientation for new associates and managers.
• Oversee compensation, performance management, and associate relations strategies.
• Support governance and enterprise HR programs to drive workforce effectiveness.
