Job summary

The Home Depot in Perris, CA is seeking a frontline HR leader to guide talent acquisition, development, associate relations, and engagement within the Distribution Center. You will partner with regional HR leadership to implement HR programs, training, and governance, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include staffing, open-door policy facilitation, leadership development, and project management across DC teams, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience as HR Generalist with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, Wage & Hour, ADA, FMLA).

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations, development, and engagement in the DC.
• Ensure HR initiatives are executed with high quality within the DC.
• Partner with RHRM, AR and Learning for development and investigations.
• Support Home Depot's policy on open-door and direct employer/associate relationships.
• Address issues in staffing, learning objectives, and project management.
• Travel typically less than 10% of the time.
