Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a district human resources leader who will plan, develop, and oversee all HR functions for the school district. You will work under limited direction to implement recruitment, compensation, benefits, orientation, training, compliance, and performance management aligned with district objectives.

The role supports the Superintendent in strategic planning and policy execution, ensuring legal compliance and effective personnel management across all schools and departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational or business administration or related discipline.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in a district setting, with supervisory/administrative capacity.
• Valid South Carolina leadership certification (Principal or Superintendent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and implements a comprehensive personnel program aligned with district goals.
• Assists the Superintendent in policy development and strategic planning.
• Supervises HR staff and oversees recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
