Qualifications

• Master's degree in human resources or education.
• 3 years of HR management or public school administration; 3 years supervisory experience.
• TASBO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR planning aligned with district values and strategic plan.
• Develop HR training programs to meet needs.
• Direct planning, development, and evaluation of HR operations and goals.
• Manage performance appraisal system and staff development.
• Supervise HR staff and advise on assignments, retention and discipline.
