Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Human Resource Manager to partner with school leadership and oversee personnel affairs including staffing, compensation, benefits, safety and policy. You will design and implement HR programs and ensure regulatory compliance across the school.

You will lead payroll oversight, employee relations, performance processes, training, and succession planning while maintaining a positive culture and a compliant HR function.

Qualifications

• BA in human resources, business or a related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• At least three years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HRIS knowledge is required.
• Strong communication skills across venues and mediums.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Provide performance evaluation templates and development systems.
• Establish and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, life, retirement, disability).
• Develop and implement HR policies for the organization.
• Manage and optimize the HR budget.
• Foster a positive, professional culture; manage labor relations.
• Provide training systems and resolve workplace conflicts; support disciplinary actions.
