Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs the District's decision-making on eligibility for hire across all positions and review of related records.
• Leads processes that ensure timely, equitable, and well-documented eligibility determinations.
• Oversees salary and classification systems, compensation programs, and benefits administration.
• Provides strategic leadership and oversight of HR Operations and related services.
• Ensures compliance with district policies, bargaining agreements, and applicable laws.
