Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 18+ years and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred education: bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning across the district.
• Lead associate relations, safety, and investigations in collaboration with AR and Legal.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding for district stores and partners.
• Use HR tools to analyze workforce trends and coach leaders.
• Coordinate change initiatives, store openings/closings and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company values and an inclusive culture.
