The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, HR Consultant to guide change management, communication and human capital strategies across Operations projects impacting our stores and associates. You will partner with store operations leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver value and a best-in-class associate experience.

In this role you will provide thought leadership on HR processes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects realize intended people-related outcomes through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• 10% Agile Retrospective - documents project issues/risks and tracks mitigation/resolution; captures lessons learned.
• 35% Business Partnership & Assessment - understands business needs to realize value via people and change management components.
• 20% Communication & Collaboration - communicates project info to HR stakeholders and assists in data gathering, timelines, and change plans.
• 35% Thought Leadership - leads creation of project plans and facilitates sessions to ensure all HR elements are addressed.
