Job summary

Home Depot is seeking an HR Manager to support field-facing client groups as a strategic HR partner. You will shape workforce effectiveness, associate engagement, and organizational health through coaching, insights, and enterprise HR programs.

You will partner with leaders on talent outcomes, staffing, performance management, and development plans, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure compliance with policies and employment law while guiding managers and teams toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR generalist or related experience
• 2+ years management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation to field-facing client groups to drive workforce effectiveness and associate engagement.
• Coach leaders and support performance management, succession planning, and development plans.
• Lead recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions, manage interviews, offers, and compliance.
• Conduct new-employee orientation and training; ensure development plans are followed.
• Drive compensation and performance initiatives for client groups; ensure policy and employment-law compliance.
