The Home Depot is seeking a Manager SSC Human Resources to partner with functional management on people decisions, oversee talent management, organizational effectiveness, and associate relations for the client group. You will support compensation, benefits, learning, staffing, and transformation initiatives.

The role involves coaching managers, driving performance management, and partnering on development plans while ensuring compliance with policy and employment law. Travel may be required.

Formación

• HR generalist or related experience (3–5 years)
• Management experience (2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and organizational development

Responsabilidades

• Identify breaches of culture/values and investigate associate relations issues.
• Partner with management to recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions and plan job fairs.
• Provide coaching and leadership development, and support performance management and development plans.
• Coordinate associate training and orientation, and contribute to HR initiatives.
• Drive compensation and performance management for the client group.
