Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves associate relations issues and investigates information for investigations.
• Manages succession planning, development and performance processes.
• Advises on organization structure changes and drives culture change.
• Trains management on staffing tools and diversity initiatives.
• Coaches management on personnel decisions, leadership effectiveness.
• Represent HR in corporate initiatives and conduct trainings.
