Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations for the district's clinics, lead Front Office Supervisors, Scheduling and Referral Coordinators, and ensure patient experience aligns with PT Solutions' mission.

You will visit clinics, coach staff, hire for front office roles, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Operations and Administrative Leaders to drive efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• Typing 45 wpm preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and deadline prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows-based applications.
• Understanding of medical reimbursement and technology.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and crises in a heavy workload.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations for multiple clinics.
• Lead Front Office Supervisors, SPSCs, PSCs, and Scheduling/Referral Coordinators.
• Hire, coach, and manage front office staff across districts.
• Provide district-level coaching on performance and customer service.
• Monitor KPI performance for all clinics and manage scheduling and labor.
