Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a District Supervisor, Patient Access Coordination to lead access operations across multiple clinics. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of coordinators, while ensuring standardized workflows and timely referral coordination.

You will monitor district KPIs, drive process improvements, and collaborate with regional leaders to resolve operational gaps. Onsite in supported clinics, 40 hours per week, with incentives included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in patient access, care coordination, or outpatient healthcare operations.
• Patient access or medical front office supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule and manage district Patient Access Coordinators.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee referral coordination, scheduling and RCM readiness across clinics.
• Ensure workflow standardization and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with benefits verification and authorizations.
• Lead KPI reporting and performance improvement across the district.
