Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily clinic front office operations, engagement, and staff performance. The role collaborates with Clinic Managers and the Front Office Manager to staff the clinic, hire PSCs, and drive patient experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and reimbursement knowledge to support efficient workflows, scheduling, and KPI monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Typing 45 words per minute preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Good organization and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Windows-based apps.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of medical reimbursement and technology.
• Basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations for the clinic and support staff.
• Open requisitions, interview and hire PSCs to staff the clinic.
• Maintain a front-facing environment that supports clinic volume and patient experience.
• Coach staff to meet insurance verification, authorization, reimbursement, and billing standards.
• Monitor KPI metrics and manage front office labor, schedules, and PTO requests.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
